Teame Lemon Ginger Tea

Ingredients:

• Ginger
• Clove
• Black Pepper
• Lemon peel
• Lemongrass
• Hibiscus

• Add 2 gms of loose leaf per cup of preparation
• Pour water that is heated up to 100 °C
• Close the lid and let the infusion steep for 3-5 mins
• Strain and serve
• Best enjoyed as a light brew without milk
• Can also be prepared in the microwave
• Sweeten with sugar or honey if preferred
