Directions For Use:

Internal: Children 5 drops diluted with a half tablespoon of water twice daily
Adults 10 drops diluted with a half tablespoon of water thrice daily
External - Add 15 to 20 drops of Hair Mont in a cup of luke warm water and massage gently into hair. Wash and dry hair after 10 to 15 minutes.
Use any oil preferably coconut-based oil.
